For the paperwork every household keeps

Every letter that matters, filed and remembered.

Scan a letter with your phone. LetterSafe reads it, files it under the right heading, and reminds you before the renewal, the expiry date or the bill. Everything stays on your own phone and PC.

How it works

From the hall mat to the right folder in under a minute.

1 · Scan

Point your phone at the letter

The camera finds the edges, straightens the page and reads the words, all on the phone. Photos, PDFs and emails can be added too.

2 · File

It sorts itself out

LetterSafe works out who it's from, what it's about, the date and the amount, and files it under Insurance, Bills, Medical, Tax or wherever it belongs.

3 · Remember

You hear about it in time

Renewal, expiry and end dates become reminders automatically, so the policy that would quietly roll over at a higher price gets a look first.

Reminders

It speaks up a month out, a week out and on the day.

A month gives you time to shop around. A week is the nudge. The day before and the day itself make sure nothing slips, and if it does, you hear about it the morning after.

Privacy

Your paperwork stays in your house.

Policy numbers, payslips and medical letters aren't something to hand to another company. LetterSafe keeps them on your own devices, locked.

Encrypted on your devices

Documents are stored encrypted on your phone and your PC. There's no LetterSafe server holding a copy.

Fingerprint lock

The app opens with your fingerprint or screen lock, and locks itself again when you leave it.

Sync over your own Wi-Fi

Phone and PC pair with a QR code and talk directly at home. Every message is sealed so only your two devices can read it.

Email, on your terms

LetterSafe reads only the Gmail label you choose, never your inbox, and can't send, move or delete anything there.

Every day

Find the letter you need while you're still on the phone to them.

Search every word

Every scanned page is searchable, so the one line you remember is enough to find it.

"policy number" · "electricity march" · "passport"

Questions

Before you hand it your paperwork

Where are my documents stored?

On your phone and, with Pro, on your PC. Both copies are encrypted. LetterSafe doesn't run a server that holds your documents, so there's nothing of yours sitting with us.

Will it fill up my phone?

A scanned letter takes about half a megabyte on the phone and about one megabyte on a PC. A thousand letters, which is years of a busy household's post, comes to roughly half a gigabyte on the phone.

What happens if I lose my phone?

The app is locked with your fingerprint and its storage is encrypted. With Pro, everything is also on your PC, so a new phone can be linked with a QR code and filled again.

Does it read my email?

Only if you turn it on, and then only the one Gmail label you choose, such as "Vault". It opens that label read-only and never looks at your inbox. Risky attachments like programs and zip files are left out.

Does it need the internet?

Scanning, reading and filing happen on the phone without it. Phone and PC sync over your home Wi-Fi.

Start with the letter on top of the pile.
